A diary that fills itself, on your phone, with your treatment colours.
Deposits paid straight into your Stripe account. Card processing is
charged by Stripe at their standard rate; we add nothing on top.
Automatic confirmations and reminders.
Consultation forms, client notes, and a client list that stays yours —
exportable whenever you like.
Block your lunch once and it's blocked every day.
Bringing your diary over
This is the bit that stops people, so it's the bit we built first. Export your
client list, your treatments and your appointments from Fresha, drop the files
in, and they land where they were — past appointments and future ones both.
Nobody is emailed while you're moving in. No confirmations, no reminders,
no review requests. Your clients don't hear a thing until you decide to tell them.
When Fresha is the better choice
Worth saying plainly, because the wrong customer is no good to either of us.
You want the marketplace to bring you new clients. That's the whole
trade a marketplace offers, and we don't do it — MySalonHub sends you nobody.
Your clients come from you.
You've got a big team, several locations, stock control or a till.
This is built for one person and a chair, or a small handful of staff.
You want a company with a support department. We're small. You'd be
emailing the person who wrote it.
Who's behind it
My girlfriend does lashes. Her booking app was taking a cut of every set she did,
so I built her one that doesn't — and then a few other people asked for it.
It's made in Yorkshire, it's run by one person, and the price is the price.
